When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date.
Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to as a "post-term pregnancy." Dating confusion...: The dating of can be confusing. Full-term Pregnancy lasts for about 280 days or 40 weeks. If you get out a calendar and count 40 weeks, you will discover that some months (like December) have 5 weeks and some have 4. Saying pregnancy lasts 9 months is an approximation. To be precise, you need to use days or weeks, not months.
Still 1 month is quite a difference. Best ask your doc Very accurate: Any 1st trimester ultrasound is highly reliable, providing a predictable due due within several days. Further along, in second trimester (i.e. The 20 week ultrasound) the study is less reliable for predicting dates, +/- 1 week.
That ultrasound, however, is very useful for examining the anatomy as all of the organs are fully formed. That's why you can usually predict the baby's at that point. That depends: what your estimated due date of 3.16.15 is based on. If based on the first day of your last (LMP) and you are sure about that date or upon an ultrasound during the first trimester, that is pretty good dating criteria within 7 days. Based on a due date 3.16.15, your LMP should have been around 6.9.14 and the most likely date of conception would be between 6.18.14 and 6.23.14.
What did your OB say: Your OB should ahve already answered this for you, that is the first thing your OB does when he or she sees you is make sure you have a viable and give you one due date , if you are 27 weeks today the wheel says you are due 2/4/13 and if your periods are every 28 days u would have conceived may 13 or 14 you need to go see your OB on monday so u are satisfied with your due date.
Could be either: There is no way to know exactly unless you have been tracking your and know on what day of your cycle you usually ovulate. In a typical 28 day cycle, a woman will ovulate around day 14 which for you would make intercourse on Dec 22-24 more likely the conception date given your last lmp was Dec 9 which would be the start of your next cycle. If I understand the?: properly, it sounds like the US you had suggested that conception occurred on or near the 6th of March.
If that's the case, on the 24th of Feb would be the outer limit of when conception can occcur. assuming you ovulated on the 3rd of March and the was fertilized by that had been present for 7 days, this is unlikely but theorethically possible. Sex after 24th more likely 2B source.

Your pregnancy at 11 weeks What's happening with mum Around this time you may find your skin changing and becoming extremely oily or dry and flaky. Some women find their skin reacting differently to their usual make-up or moisturiser. It may be that swapping your usual beauty products to ph neutral, natural frarance free products helps.
Your groing tummy and breasts, as well as peripheral weight in your thighs and upper arms causes your skin to stretch. This can result in long, thin reddish purple lines known as stretch marks. Although there is no way of stopping this and no cure if they do develop, it is a good iea to keep your skin as moist as possible and while there are many expensive products on the market claiming to stop these line appearing, cocoa butter or natural oils are usually just as effective.
If you do develop stretch marks it is nice to know that although they will never completely disappear, over time they do fade to thin silver lines. What's happening with baby Your baby is now almost fully developed and this means most of her energy will be spent on growth.
She is already approximately 4cm long and her or his reproductive organs are now beginning to form although it will still be a few weeks before an ultrasound can pickup whether it is a boy or a girl. Your baby will begin to kick and stretch, swimming and turning in the amniotic fluid. I thought I was bleeding so I thought I was miscarrying so I got an u/s and found out it was twins. They got a heart beat on both of them around 6 weeks but at my 12 week u/s the twin stopped growing around 8 weeks. It hung around most of my pregnancy and screwed up a lot of my tests but my little guy turned out just fine.
• 01/22/2016 11 weeks here i went for a regular scan and they told me that there is still a small bleed ?? Not too sure what that means and woth them saying `still` i assume it was there on my 7 week scan aswell. Anyone ever deal with this or know what it could be? My dr has sent a referral to a better clinic for scans to get a better look at it, baby was fine on scan 180bpm!
