That's it. Actually choosing one star only because I cannot put no stars at all. Worst customer service experience ever. I've filled out the form with complete address details. The Burton "pros" have only filled in the street name. No number, no nothing. All this after I've sent back a parcel that was all wet and covered with tape to hold somehow the box in one piece (UPS service - different story) and more than 15 days later still no refund.
What else? Since the first parcel was ruined by the shipping service (UPS that is) I would have expected Burton to just take care of the needed so that I can get my package eventually. But...no. That's not how they operate. They made me do another brand new order and they made sure I wasn't gonna get this one either since they didn't fill in the address details. Oh, yeah...I had 3 coupon codes...I've used up 2 without receiving any delivery yet.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO TOP MARKETING! Just fool people into thinking they have some coupons and a great deal with BURpTON. Just terrible customer service. Paid an extra $26 CAD for 2-3 day shipping through UPS. After a week and a half, contacted UPS about the delay and was informed they never received our parcel.
SO, Burton literally forgot to ship our stuff (even though they provided a tracking #) - didn't refund my shipping fee. Thankfully UPS had their stuff together and when they finally picked up the order, we had it with 2 days (however still 10 days after paying for 2-3 day shipping!) was a bit skeptical about ordering after reading some of the reviews here, but i've been more than satisfied with my order, courier delivered my items at around 5 oclock the day after it was dispatched, very happy with the clothes, F&F stopped doing the style of jeans i've worn for years and these seem to be a good replacement, I also ordered one of the muscle fit suits and it fits wonderfully, tapered on the legs and waist and plenty of space for my shoulders and arms in the blazer without looking baggy, 10/10 will order again Ordered three pairs of shoes for my bridal party, returned them all as the quality wasn't great.
I have just received an email stating that I have been refunded for 2 pairs. I phoned to query about the third pair and they have requested proof of postage.
This is ridiculous as they have received the package. From the other reviews posted, I guess I wont be seeing my money. I ordered a snowboard ready to ride board, and they placed a hold on the funds on my card, and later that day emailed that it was out of stock and I wouldn't be charged. Over 3 weeks later that charge is still pending on my card, and I have called and emailed multiple times and have yet to get a resolution. Also I have called and waited on hold for 20 minutes and then get a message that nobody is available and to leave a message or email them.
They have yet to respond to my last email I sent. I have never dealt with a worse company online! Ordered a four piece suit, each came in separate deliveries except for the trouser which I'm still waiting on (1 week+ after placing order). Tracking info does not work - guess which delivery service they use? Yep, that's right, Hermes; the indisputably most useless courier service available in this country. Don't even try contacting Hermes customer service about tracking your Burton order, they don't have anyone working the phone lines.
You'll be greeted by an automated system, which will tell you in the most polite way possible; "Look for help online, for we are too cheap and useless to invest in customer support representatives". Their customer service by far is the worst out of all major UK retailers, they have 1-3 people working the phone lines for the ENTIRE country, which means you'll be waiting at least an hour before being put through to someone. Shopping elsewhere will be the best decision you'll ever make!
Wow, wish I'd come here first!! Ordered a suit online from Burton they had to source each element from a separate shop so they were all scheduled to arrive on different days.
Nothing takes 4 days to post. Last day before it arrives the jacket is out of stock!! So I am left with a waistcoat and trousers and no jacket a day before the event. Overselling and under supplying. Spent 30mins trying to get through to customer service. They said I could order something else and wait for my refund (which leaves me doubly out of pocket) but select next day delivery.
Thing is all the suits I selected were unavailable for next day, I'm told, yeah not all items are next day!! Terrible service. Don't order from the idiots If I could give 0 stars I would.
I like the clothes because they fit my funny shape, but the service and ordering process is shocking! I’ve placed two orders online. Both arrived wrong. The first one took over a month to resolve and the second one I’ve to post all the wrong stuff back at which point they will re-order the correct items. Which btw might not be in stock (like the last time) or no longer on sale (convenient).
I will not order from Burtons online ever again - I only wish the Store near me had better stock levels! And the return policy for an EU customer is ridiculous, ended up paying 50% of the total order value for the returns fee. I ordered suits for my wedding, all was advised as in stock at the time of order. I have received half of my order! 1 item which is missing has apparently been dispatched? Yet can not be found? And 4 items are now “out of stock” and I will be refunded? I’m not sure if Burton management have ever planned a wedding but usually the best man, father of the bride and groom wear matching suits? How on earth am I meant to that with only half of my order?

I purchased a pair of shoes at the end of June online for an occasion. I selected store collection and the online confirmation stated that I would receive the shoes by 6 July 2018. By the 6th July, I hadn’t heard anything so I called the shop and was informed the shoes had not arrived. I called after a few days as was informed again that the shoes had not arrived.
In the interim the money had been taken from my account. I requested a cancellation and a refund. I was informed to call customer service. What customer service I was on hold for over 25 minutes. No one picked up the call. I then thought it would be quicker to send something via social media. To my surprise someone called from Burton informing me that they would process my refund. Well nothing happened evidentially. So I contacted them again via social media and on 8 August they apologised and informed me that it a refund would be processed when the shoes returned to them.
This was in contradiction that the refund was being processed. On 10th August they sent me another message saying my refund would be processed within 5 working days. To this day I’ve not received my money. This is poor.
Shambolic. Appalling. Unreasonable. It’s a shame I had to even give them any star. They don’t deserve anything. Terrible customer service - was sent the wrong product, returned it and was promised to be refunded over the shipping costs as well as the return costs after receiving my return the customer service only refunded me the item price and after asking them about the postage costs they didn't even respond or acted like they didn't know what I was talking about If you order from there you can't know for sure if you will receive the correct item Ordered on the 15th July 2018, due for delivery on the 19th July 2018 to a local store, still waiting for the delivery on the 30th July 2018.
