It doesn't matter how you spell it -- it matters that you aren't late for dinner. I have to give a shout out to the Grandaddy of all barbeuces. It's not in the DFW metroplex, but Prines Barbecue and Catering in Wichita Falls, Texas has some of the best barbecue that I've ever tasted.
The chopped beef is served with a special/secret sauce and it's amazing. This hickory-smoked barbecue is downright legendary in Fort Worth.
Angelo's started serving brisket on St. Patrick's Day in 1958 along with Budweiser in cold, frosted mugs. Casual dining complete with plastic utinsils and great side dishes. Does it get any better than this? Simply put: legendary. If you live in Big D, it's worth the drive over to Cowtown.
