Big city with a heavy traffic. It was near to winter that I feel comfort with the tempeature, I didn't experience the bad weather at all. You better search for a tour guide to let you know the most effective route to explore all the amazing places in Delhi an around, especiallay when you're travelling in short time.

I loved seeing inside the Red Fort, Little Tibet (Majnu ka Tilla), Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb! The walking tour of Old Delhi with Anu was brilliant. The museums are also great and the National Museum will be even better once the galleries under renovation are done. The parliamentary area is beautiful at night all lit up!

Most days I took a cab with Saka Cabs, a company for women with only women drivers which was very good! I definitely recommend staying in a hostel at least one night to meet people. And don’t be afraid to say no to people who want to take selfies with you, but if you do say yes ask them to take one with your phone too -it makes for a great souvenir esp if they’re wearing traditional clothes!

Food is great just about everywhere and I loved having so many veg options! Do show the hotels rating review correctly.cus the hotel I booked was worst one. I booked it as per yours reviews but in reality, oh my God. Like room service was not good at all. Room Facility was worst like cable was not good remote was u\s. In short they are cheating the customers.bad experience no more booking with you...tnx Because of other peoples' experiences, were weary of New Delhi prior to arriving.

Once we arrived we were at ease. It is a busy city with lots to do- but we enjoyed shopping, eating and using a richkshaw to travel around. We had all positive experiences. The rickshaw was a nice way to see the city without being overwhelmed by walking through the crowds.
