It was just lovely! I added some smoked paprika and some chipotle chilli as well (had it in the pantry) and it was fantastic. I also made a tomato salsa and a guacamole to go with it as accompaniments and it complemented it beautifully - in fact, the lime juice in both of those gave it a lovely sharpness that might have otherwise been lacking.
