Want to book a free intro session? Contact me using the form above, and I’ll reply within 24 hours. Dating Coaching Client Testimonials The difference between you and the other counsellors I’ve tried is you’re right there with me listening and relating, telling me similar experiences you’ve been through. You’re not jotting things down on a pad and nodding your head like a robot – you connected with me as a human being and I could tell that you actually cared.
-Jack, Senior Account Manager, New Jersey What you did in the three months we worked together was more than I accomplished in five years of weekly sessions with my psychiatrist. -Keri, Small Business Owner, Edmonton I can’t tell you how optimistic I am going forward. The weight is cut from me, what happened with my parents, my dad, my ex-wife, it’s no longer constantly in the forefront.
It makes so much sense to me now. -Jennifer, Registered Nurse, Edmonton I’ve always been my own worst enemy and own worst critic. When you get cheated on by someone you really care about it destroys your whole reality. I got so beat down. The guy I am now would never tolerate any of that. I’m secure enough in myself now that I don’t need to tolerate bullshit just to have someone around. -Chris, Attorney, Philadelphia I can’t believe where I’m at in my head. My confidence, my self-esteem, my outlook on life.
The whole experience of working with you was so eye opening. I tell everyone about you. -Tim, Environmental Consultant, Edmonton I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now if I didn’t meet you. I’m scared to death to think of where I would be without your help, probably in the basement with a beer feeling bummed out watching football. You pulled my head out of my (censored) and made me realize what was going on and how to fix it. -Michael, Financial Advisor, Pittsburgh Your style and the way you approach helping the modern person is why it works so well.
Your out of the box thinking style and the way you adapted to my situation and didn’t follow the conventional way of dealing with it. We talked like two guys having beer – I never had to walk into your office and sit on your couch while you grab my folder or something. We go on Skype and it’s just like what’s up man, here’s what’s going on in my life right now, what do you think? -George, Accountant, Chicago You’re very easy to relate to, it’s like I’m talking to an old friend.
I’m not just your 1 PM appointment, I’m a person you genuinely care about. You truly want to help people be their best, and it shows through in your dedication to clients.
-Emily, Maintenance Supervisor, Philadelphia There was no pressure. With you, there was no rigid plan on what we have to do, we worked on whatever was bothering me most and you made it fit into the overall plan we worked out together.
-Evelyn, Hospitality Manager, Kelowna I didn’t feel judged at all. With other counsellors I felt like a lab rat or something, but I felt like you actually cared and really wanted to help. -Katie, Writer, Thunder Bay You were engaged and interested. You stopped and we talked about things that bothered me a lot in depth.
You weren’t just relying on a textbook or a theory, you were relating to me through your own similar experiences. -Matt, Physician, New Jersey You took more of an interest in figuring me out and trying innovative approaches to my problems than the therapist I was seeing for over 3 years. -Maryanne, PR & Customer Relations, Sydney It’s so easy to talk to you because you’ve been there, you know what I’m going through, you know how much it hurts, and I can see that.
You’re not dispensing advice from the top of some ivory tower, you’re in the trenches with me showing me the way forward. -Rachel, Engineer, New Jersey

Being an online dating coach myself and having worked in the matchmaking industry over the last 23 years, I have noticed an increase in singles turning to dating advice sites and dating review sites for answers to their burning dating questions like, “How do I create an online dating profile” or “How do I get her attention online?” Working with a date coaching is a fruitful way to develop your dating skills and abilities both online and offline.

If you find yourself asking multiple questions in your head, especially when it comes to dating, you may be the perfect candidate for date coaching. The great thing about working with a dating coach is that they give you solid advice — they tell you what you need to know, not just what you want to hear. WHY DO KIDS QUIT SPORTS? 70% of children quit youth sport by the age of 13. What is not as widely known is the reason why they quit. The scary part is that many of the things well-intentioned parents and coaches do for their athletes are thing they believe are helping, but in reality, they are some of the biggest contributors to the high drop out rate!
THE NUMBER 1 REASON WHY THEY QUIT IS THAT IT STOPS BEING FUN! WHAT KIDS WANT ARE: 1. RESPECT AND ENCOURAGEMENT 2. POSITIVE ROLE MODEL 3. CLEAR, CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION 4. KNOWLEDGE OF SPORT Football Canada has developed a Long-Term Athletic Development standard for football called Football for Life. As one of the most popular sports among young boys in America, football has surpassed baseball as the nation’s leading sport. Football teaches discipline, teamwork and dedication, all of which are beneficial beyond the gridiron. But American football is also a great sport for health and fitness.
Here are the Top 10 from Health Fitness Revolution and author of the book : • Better work ethic: Even though teams play only one game weekly, they practice five days a week. That means that as long as you make a commitment to put in the hard work during the week, the success and results will show on game day.
Instilling this kind of work ethic helps players improve their skill level and learn the plays. • Stress relief: Adrenaline rushes from playing football help with stress release, so players are more calm and less prone to depression and aggressive behavior in life outside the field.
• Overall workout: The intensity and range of movements involved in the game, including kicks, twists, turns and throws, provide better overall exercise, according to a series of studies. The sustained, stop-start nature of the game helps to build long-term fitness and burn fat, as it mimics interval training.
• Mental health: Football is great at helping to maintain a healthy level of endorphins and can make moods more stable. People suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety can often use exercise to help alleviate symptoms and naturally lift dark moods. Football also promotes social integration, which also adds its own feel-good factor. • Teamwork: Selflessness, cooperation and teamwork are what most youth football coaches emphasize to bring their teams together, so they can function and play together efficiently and effectively as a group.
These lessons carry over into daily life at school, work or with friends. • Cardio: Football at any level requires a great deal of running, jumping and quick changes of direction. The game is an excellent form of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. • Interval training: Football combines periods of slow and fast movement with added bouts of sprinting.
This makes the heart work at different paces and not just at a constant elevated level. This mimics interval training, which is a more effective way of controlling body fat and increasing overall fitness. • It’s an enjoyable activity: With the excitement of the game itself, people sometimes don’t even notice that they are also getting a good workout.
This will stop them from getting bored and giving up, which is what most sedentary people give as their main excuse for not exercising. • Cardiovascular health: Since football always keeps you active and moving, this adds great benefits to engage your cardiovascular system, increased longevity, as well as reduced susceptibility to heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes and other chronic disease. • Increased bone density and mass: Football players are usually required to have a high protein and carbohydrate diet because the sport is so vigorous and requires them to be strong.
The strength training exercises help with increased mass and bone density, which reduces the risk of bone and joint related diseases as you get older.
