The results were unexpectedly good. The whole debate about the type of keys it has is beyond me as I'm not a key basher and only play one game seriously which doesn't require that type of abusive key use. With some tweaking, you can get pretty much any color you want out of the backlights. That could be the cause of your tracking. Since there's not really a lot of ways to grab it this lead to it feeling extremely unbalanced in my hand. It absolutely makes me game better. The longevity of this mouse, however, is what makes the purchase of this mouse a mistake I will never make again. It's also very hard to lift the mouse up since it's so slick it's hard to really grip tightly, also it's hard to find a spot for your thumb to pick it up without hitting a thumb button. My thumb is literally in contact with all the thumb buttons at once though. My scroll button started to not working anymore. I would need to recreate my profiles 2-3 times per day, as some tweak would suddenly cause it to save in a way it could no longer read. I noticed sometimes the cursor would jump a little or get stuck.
So what makes the Mad Catz Cyborg M. The WoW addon really needs some extensive work done to it to be usable. I recommend trying both out at a local store. In all there are 14 push-buttons, a 4-way controller and 2 rollers, in addition to the two standard movement axes. Things such as autorun, as each click of wheel pushes the button. This screw-swap is likely the device's largest fault, and while it's strange and somewhat annoying , it's a minor inconvenience at best, though we have to wonder why the change was made in the first place.

It appears that this may have resolved the tracking issue. I expect better from a 120euro mouse. However, I had hop based on Jimbodan's post about the screw still being there. It just randomly acts like it's higher vertically on the screen than it is and it can't even manage to that right as it's usually on a heavy axis to where the bottom left corner of the screen and the mouse pointer are aligned and then it goes further up the screen despite the fact you are moving it in a straight line parallel to the bottom of the screen. The 5 way hat switch also takes some getting used to.
I really like using it for my gaming hobby. No offence to any of you, but the lot of ya sound like a bunch of Razer fanboys. I found I use it mainly for abilities I need to use quickly with short cooldowns. It might make the transition easier for some people. Mal hälts paar Tage, heute gleich 4 mal verändert. The keyboard is a showy, sexy conversation piece. Anyone have any experience with it? We found the mouse was still capable of a pivoting the thumb rest with careful use of a screwdriver, however.
The three finger grip also eliminates the need of to move a finger off of mouse button 1 or mouse button 2 to use the scroll wheel or to click it so that aids in reaction time if you heavily use those three buttons like I do. I'm hoping a few good weeks of usage will free the buttons up to the point where this is no longer the case at all. . I'd bought one for my wife before my first failed and within 5 months, her's had the same thumb-side button problems. Basically the naga works best on a white pad, I even used a blank sheet of computer paper for a while.
